Pay with your CreditCard over PayPal!In principle, the DHL delivers our products to YOU personally, to avoid misunderstandings. Of course there are extra special requests, for which we use on the same day the way to the post for YOU.

  • Postage and packing:

For an export shipment we will be charging you for postage and carefull packing a fee.

The amount of shipping depends on the respective country (shipping address).

NEW RULES 2010:

Advice of the original proof of delivery for you and us. As a rule, the signature is provided by the recipient him /herself. However, it can also be executed by a duly authorized agent or ex officio.

 Subsequent deliveries of course are free of shipping!

  • Prices:

All prices shown are inclusive of 19% VAT reserved (price errors reserved). For a delivery to a country outside the EU, the VAT is automatically deducted from the bill. Please note that there may apply custom duties. These are directly collected by the postman. On the exact amount we can not give any information. Please contact your local custom duty office.

  • Delivery Address:

We are happy to provide you deliver to a desired address. Also gift deliveries are possible. Give us the respective address - the bill goes to your address. The terms and conditions are valid of each country in which the wish- and/or gift devlivery address is located.

  • Return rights and aftereffects:

Consumers can return the goods without stating reasons within two weeks. The return be explained in text form, by letter, fax or e-mail. The return period begins on the date on which such instruction was communicated in written form, but not before the date of receiving the goods to the consumer and certainly not before the date on which the contract was approved by the consumer has become binding. In calculating the deadline is the date on which the return instruction has been informed in writing or the date of receipt of goods to the consumer or the approval of the contract is not counted.
