WARRANTY PERIOD
When purchased from PROPHYLAXE Company Ltd products are warranted free from defect in material and workmanship
for 24 months from the PROPHYLAXE Company Ltd invoice date.
This covers parts and labour performed by PROPHYLAXE Company Ltd to replace such product.

RESTRICTIONS
Product replacements will not be issued if one of the following conditions exist:
-Product is no longer covered under PROPHYLAXE Company Ltd warranty period.
-Manufacturer serial label is tampered with or removed from product.
-Product serial number fails to match that of the RMA Form.
-Faulty product passes all diagnostic tests.
-Product has been tampered with.
